Hotel Management Certification

I have a DUI on my record … What work I can get?
I have a DUI in December 2008, and I was working in hotel management. Because DUI I had to let go, because not allowed to drive the company van over. I have not been able to get a job anywhere because management Postition her, and hotel management is my only experience in the world of work. I do not have a title, but I have a lot of certificates in the machine repair and heating and AC repair. But I have not been able to get a job with a heating and AC repair companies because they involve driving, and reject a Once I see my record. I am currently working at a gas station. The DUI will stay on my record of 5 years. What other kind of work I can get ?!!?! Most Hotel management jobs do not even require practice, but you have a clean record to be in a managerial position. They still do a background check background.
You are the best in hotel management – so long as the position does not require driving. Almost all positions HVAC Repair require driving.
